Your order can be shipped via LBC (shipping rate depends on weight and is already inclusive of insurance) or via a third party courier service, like Grab or Lalamove.
Processing period is 1-2 days for orders that will be shipped via LBC. For orders that will be shipped via a third party courier service, your package will be ready for shipping within 24 hours – if this will be your chosen method, please send us a message via the website or through Instagram/Facebook to coordinate with us for booking a courier.
Yes! You can choose to pick up your purchases at Spindle Community Store in Makati, provided you drop by during business hours! If your order includes records that are on-hand and not at Spindle Community Store, please allow up to 3-4 days for us to prepare your records for pick up.
If the record you want isn’t available online or in-store, you can send us a message here or via Instagram/Facebook and we’ll do our best to get it for you! Estimated wait time for order requests is around 2-4 weeks.

All sales are final. However, if a record is defective* we will do our best to replace it, either with the same title or a different record of the customer’s choosing that is of equal value. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the defective record. All return/refund requests should be made 3 days after purchase.
*Minor imperfections such as (but not limited to) minimal wear to the sleeve incurred via shipping or misprinted labels do not render the record defective and will not be eligible for return/refund.
